A TASTE OF STRUGGLE

“A Taste of Struggle” is an annual event hosted by the Willow Hill Heritage and Renaissance Center, where pitmasters demonstrate the methods of cooking food outdoors over an open pit, in the manner that was utilized by enslaved African-Americans.
