Bulloch County Board of Commissioners lowers millage rate to 11.35 mills
County Attorney Jeff Akins then discussed the Willow Hill Heritage Festival, scheduled for Labor Day weekend. The commissioners approved a food permit for the nonprofit event, which is set to take place at the Willow Hill Heritage and Renaissance Center in Portal.
